I just finished a family vacation to Ireland. While in Dublin we stayed a few nights at the Brooks Hotel. The staff at the Brooks were excellent. They attended to myself and my family with great customer service; especially the staff during the breakfast service in their restaurant (which was excellent). The location is great as well as we walked to many local attractions (Dublin Castle, Christ Church, Grafton St, St Stephens Park). We had King Executive room with a king bed and ensuite bath; the bed was comfortable, bathroom newly renovated with full size towels, room had a mini fridge, and air conditioning which came in handy for a rare warmer day in Dublin. I highly recommend the Brooks and when back in Dublin would stay there again. Thanks to all at the Brooks for a great experience.

The Brooks Hotel is a great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. We were able to walk to the many sites in Dublin we wished to visit. The hotel also offers discount parking in the garage across the street. We enjoyed our stay in Dublin very much.

Brooks is located in the south side of Dublin. Therefore, most of the key sights are very walkable. We also felt very safe walking around at night. Lots of shopping, restaurants and pubs nearby. Hairy Lemon Pub, just steps away, was a favorite of ours as its served drinks and good Irish food. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Special shout out to Roger (bar/restaurant) and Marvin (concierge). They both were incredibly helpful. Roger went so far as heating up food even when the kitchen was close.

Great location and wonderful staff. Perfect place to stay and walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. Connor, was the absolute best. Greeting us at the door, helping with our luggage and lots of suggestions and information on places to go. The rooms were nice, breakfast was delicious and all the staff were great! We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed 1 night at the Brooks Hotel. Connor was great! He was always at the lobby to assist with questions, luggage and had great recommendations for us! Great Front desk staff and easy check in and out. Our room was nice. Shower very hot and great water pressure!

The customer service was exemplary. Connor, Marvin and Rueben were just great. However, Vaya at the main desk was so kind, helpful, and was attentive to all of our questions with accurate information being provided. She deserves a raise for her hard work.

We had a very pleasant stay in three days at the hotel with excellent and helpful service from the staff. Special thanks to the concierge Connol O'Connell who from day one gave us some very good and useful tips about what we should do and experience in Dublin. And always with a nice comment. We got a very nice, clean & quiet room. The breakfast was very tasteful and varied. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the middle of Dublin...

Just finishing up trip to Ireland. Our first 3 nights stay at the Brooks was the nicest of stays in our 10 day experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff from the front desk, restaurant and concierge were all professional, friendly and paid every attention to our well being. Very nicely located to most sites we were visiting. Well done Brooks.
